What are the locker operating hours?
Our lockers are fully automatic, they do not have any operating hours, they are a 24h lockers. You can access each of them unlimited, you will have a code in your reservation to access at any time.
How do I book a locker?
To book our luggage lockers you only have to do 3 simple steps.
- Choose the date and locker size.
- Then make your reservation and enter the code we have sent you by email on the door panel of our facilities.
- Enter the code again on the screen inside and you will be able to leave your luggage in a safe place.
Can I store my luggage without a reservation?
You can’t store your luggage without a reservation, you need to book through our website. it only takes 2 minutes. once you are in our premises, even at the door you can choose the date and time of your luggage storage , you will receive an access code by email and you will be able to store your luggage.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit or debit card or through the link platform.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You will be able to modify or cancel your reservation as long as you notify us 24 hours before the reservation. In order to manage the modifications you will have to write to us at lockherenow1@gmail.com
Can I store valuable items?
We offer an insurance policy that covers theft losses up to 500€ per locker.
We have two cameras connected 24 hours a day. They will record the inside of the establishment at all times.
What locker sizes are available?
Various storage options are available to suit different needs:
- Medium Space: Ideal for small suitcases, backpacks or handbags. Measurements: 57 cm deep, 43 cm wide and 29 cm high. Rate per day: 4,90€.
- Large Space: Capacity for up to two carry-on suitcases and two medium-sized backpacks. Measurements: 57 cm deep, 43 cm wide and 56 cm high. Daily rate: 7,90€.
- Extra Large Space: Perfect for those who need more space, with room for up to four hand luggage or one very large suitcase together with a backpack.
How secure are the lockers?
Our lockers are secure, guaranteeing the security of your luggage is a priority in our facilites.
We have a reinforced surveillance system with cameras operating 24 hours a day.
In addition, we provide insurance cover against loss due to theft, offering protection of up to €500 per locker.
