About us
LuggageStorage is a company specialized in smart storage solutions, such as secure lockers, designed to make traveling easier. Based in Spain and with years of experience in the real estate and tourism, our multidisciplinary team identified a growing need in the market: to offer convenient, secure, and accessible luggage storage services at the country’s main tourist attractions, train stations, bus terminals, and city centers.
LuggageStorage was born from the personal experience of our founders as frequent travelers, who experienced firsthand the limitations of traditional luggage storage services. We observed long waits, restrictive hours, high costs, and a lack of strategic locations that truly met the needs of the traveler. We opened our lockers after the pandemic in 2021, first in Bilbao and San Sebastian. The immediate success and positive feedback from users confirmed that we were on the right track. Since then, we have expanded our network throughout Spain, reaching cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Bilbao, and Granada.
